RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. Through Its Subsidiary Aquair, Inc. Secures Major Distributor in Vietnam to Market Aquair Products Which Produce Water From Air

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RGBL - News) today announced that its subsidiary, Aquair, Inc., ("Aquair") has signed distribution agreements with Locke Media/Conty Huynh Hoa, LLC ("the Distributor") to purchase and exclusively market its home/office model of Atmospheric Water Generator product known as the Aquair E/M-10 model, under patent or patent pending, which produces water from air in Vietnam.

In consideration for the exclusive right to distribute the product, the Distributor agrees to purchase a minimum of US$2.0 million of the product for the first year of operations and US$2.5 million for the second year of operations. As initial commitments, the Distributor will issue a purchase order for 90 units of the E/M-10 home/office model for delivery in September 2005 and 180 units for delivery in December 2005. The minimum annual purchase requirement will commence on the day the first shipment of E/M-10 machines is received by the Distributor. All products will be marketed and sold with the name Aquair.

Recognizing the value of Aquair's air-to-water technology and products to the future economy of , the Distributor organized a new team to distribute these products and recently rented a 4-story building in the central business district of the city of Ho Chi Minh to serve as Aquair's headquarters.
