August 25  2005 IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 24th /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RG Global Lifestyles, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: RGBL - News) commented today on news it received on the filing of a lawsuit by Universal Communication Systems, Inc., a Miami-based company.

RG Global confirms that it has not been served with the lawsuit and therefore cannot comment as to its content. Counsel for the Company has stated that it will vigorously defend itself against this or any other unfounded lawsuit and will appropriately respond.
