RG Global Completes Restructuring As It Transitions from Pilot Phase to Global Licensing of Its CFS Technology

April 28  2009 ANAHEIM, Calif., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RGBL - News) has completed its restructuring and has accepted the resignation of Mr. Juzer Jangbarwala from the positions of CTO and Chairman of the Board. Both parties mutually agreed upon Mr. Jangbarwala's resignation, which coincides with the conclusion of the pilot phase of RG Global's coal bed methane (CBM) produced water treatment technology and RG Global's launching global licensing of its CFS technology.

Mr. Grant King, RG Global president, said, "We are grateful to have had Juzer's assistance in getting our CBM water treatment plant up and running and through the pilot phase. The completion of our pilot phase marks the milestone where both parties now move forward independently, as originally intended. The move does not sever the ties between Juzer and RG Global but will allow RG Global to focus its efforts on global licensing, and Juzer will be free to focus on non-competing water and energy innovations without the day-to-day demands of the positions here. RG Global intends to maintain an ongoing relationship with Juzer as we are licensing CFS technologies that he developed. This ongoing symbiotic relationship will benefit both RG Global and Juzer, with the ability for RG Global to license to third parties those technologies that are key to our future growth."

As part of the restructuring plan RG Global Director Grant King will replace Mr. Jangbarwala as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Jangbarwala's other responsibilities will be assumed by current staff.
