OC Energy KIKs up Energy Drink Sales with Expanded Distribution, Special Appearances
January 08 2008ANAHEIM – January 8, 2008 – OC Energy Drink, Inc., a subsidiary of RG Global (OTCBB: RGBL), announced today that sales of OC Energy™-branded energy drinks KIK-it ™, Diet KIK- it™, Insane xXX™ and O2™ have started to surge as a result of increased exposure through television and special promotional event appearances by the OC Angels and expanded distribution, particularly in the East and West Coast markets.
The new season of Bravo Television’s hit series “THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY,” which began in November, has featured extensive coverage in several episodes, including the OC Energy’s OC ANGELS appearances at the Irwindale Speedway & The U.S. Open surf competition in Huntington Beach in the Nov. 2nd and 7th episodes. Immediately after airing, OC Energy saw a significant increase in distribution inquiries and the company received dozens of requests for the OC ANGELS spokeswomen to do special promotional appearances. OC Energy has been reviewing the numerous offers and scheduling appearances that will provide the best exposure to its targeted demographics.

DISTRIBUTION EXPANDING
OC Energy is rapidly expanding distribution in Southern California, including a broader presence in 7-Eleven stores. The company has been garnering increased exposure for its product with aggressive pricing promotions and early morning drive time appearances by the OC Angels at select stores.
OC Energy and the Orange County Fairgrounds have negotiated an agreement that enables OC Energy products to be sold at all events on the OC Fairgrounds in 2008.
Amid the thousands of revelers at Orange County’s star-studded Mardi Gras-themed New Year’s Eve celebration at the OC Fairgrounds, the OC Angels and several members of the Real Housewives of Orange County cast posed for photos with fans and introduced thousands to the OC Energy product line.
Phoenix Beverages of Austin, Texas has begun distributing OC Energy products in the Austin market and they have been very well received. Based on initial results, OC Energy expects that Phoenix Beverage will begin distributing the OC Energy line in 11 counties.
Currently, distributors are doing test marketing in several states and OC Energy anticipates that it will announce distribution agreements in those markets in the first quarter of 2008.
