RG Global Appoints Brian Ruttencutter as New CFO,
December 05 2007ANAHEIM, CA – December 5, 2007 –RG Global (OTCBB: RGBL) has appointed Brian Ruttencutter to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Ruttencutter replaces William Hitchcock, who resigned on November 30, 2007 due to family-related health issues.

Mr. Ruttencutter, 54, currently serves as Vice President at Large on the National Board of Directors of Financial Executives International (FEI). He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of ABC Window Co., Inc. from 2005-06 and its Chief Financial Officer from 2004-05. Prior to this, Mr. Ruttencutter served as the Vice President of Finance of Phillips Industries, Inc. from 1996-2003. He has a Master of Business Administration from California State University - Long Beach and is a Certified Management Accountant.
