RG Global Lifestyles Reports First Quarter Fiscal 2008 Financial Results: First Revenues Generated After 2007 Major Corporate Strategy Change
August 17 2007Following a significant change in corporate strategy in fiscal year 2007, RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (OTCBB: RGBL) has begun to see the benefits of its development and investment in its new product lines and direction. In the first quarter of its fiscal 2008 (quarter ended June 30, 2007), RG Global generated revenues of $287,200, with $209,200 of it from sales of its Catalyx™ water treatment technology and the remainder from its OC Energy™ beverages. This represents a revenue increase of $286,775 from the comparable quarter in fiscal 2007, when revenue totaled $425, all from sales of air to water generating equipment.
The net loss for first quarter of fiscal 2008 was $1,842,000 compared to a net loss of $5,839,900 during the first quarter of fiscal 2007. Net loss per share is $.07 for first quarter of fiscal 2008 versus a net loss of $.33 in first quarter of fiscal 2007.
