Aquair Signs Letter of Intent With Australian Dept. of Defence to Provide Aquair(TM) Pure Water Generation Equipment

March 02  2007

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA – March 2, 2007 – Following a successful demonstration of its Aquair™ atmospheric water generation technology, Aquair, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (OTCBB: RGBL), announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with the Australian Dept. of Defence to provide the Australian military with an Aquair unit for a formal three-month pilot program and potential deployment. Aquair anticipates that the contract for the pilot program will produce revenue of approximately US$2 million.

During the three-day demonstration in Surfers Paradise Australia, Aquair, utilized its mobile Aquair unit to produce from the humid air and a brackish pond approximately 260 gallons per day of pure, drinkable water, a 30% increase over average production capacity of 200 gallons per day.   Normally, Aquair units extract water solely from the air.  However, during this trial, the Aquair unit was fitted with additional equipment so that it also could process brackish pond water into a potable water supply.

Australia's meager average annual rainfall of 465 mm (18.3 in.), high salinity levels and large geographic areas covered by solid rock without underlying water-holding sedimentary basins all contribute to readily available drinking water being in short supply in much of Australia.

“Our mobile Aquair ‘Air to Water’ units will help provide a continuous supply of pure, safe water for the military wherever they go,” said Louis Knickerbocker, Chairman & CEO of RG Global Lifestyles, the worldwide distributor of the atmospheric water generation units.  “Where water supplies are contaminated or not readily available, Aquair reduces the need to rely on transported, bottled water--freeing up resources for transporting other essential supplies to military personnel.”
