RG Global Lifestyles Appointment of Juzer Jangbarwala as CTO

 

January 26  2007 RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA -- January X, 2007 -- RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (OTCBB: RGBL) announced today that its previously announced appointment of Mr. Juzer Jangbarwala as chief technology officer of RG Global has become effective with the signing of a contract with an energy production company to provide proprietary wastewater treatment technology and service in Wyoming.  With the signing of the contract, RG Global’s agreement with Mr. Jangbarwala to acquire the ion exchange water treatment patent and Catalyx technology he holds also becomes effective. RG Global will file two additional patent applications for the ion exchange technology related to the CBM application.

 

Additionally, the energy company contract also makes effective RG Global’s previously announced technology transfer agreement with Catalyx Fluid Solutions, Inc. (CFS), whereby CFS will lead engineering procurement and operations for the design and construction of RG Global’s waste water treatment plants.  These plants will use CFS’s proprietary ion exchange technology to cost-effectively reduce high levels of sodium, barium, iron and other inorganic contaminants from the water associated with oil, gas and coal bed methane (CBM) production.
