HENDRX SIGNS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH AQUAIR INC. THAT INCLUDES A TWO MILLION DOLLAR MANUFACTURING ORDER.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA/IRVINE, CALIFORNIA/ PR Newswire – FirstCall / -- Hendrx Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: HDRX) (“Hendrx”) and RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RGBL)(“RG Global”) today announced that Hendrx has signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Aquair, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of  RG Global, to share in the manufacture and marketing of Aquair’s advanced reverse osmosis filtration systems, its new air-to-water technology, and its advanced anti-scaling technology.

Under the Strategic Alliance Agreement, Aquair and Hendrx have agreed to share, on a right of first refusal basis, their patented technologies in order to produce and market highly advanced water solutions. The alliance also means a two million dollar ($2,000,000) manufacturing contract between the companies. Hendrx is scheduled to deliver to Aquair a minimum of 5,000 Atmospheric Water Generators (“AWG”) over the next 12 months.

Hendrx chief executive officer, Mr. Robert DeCosta, states: “The principals of Aquair have been long-standing advocates of atmospheric water generation products. We are delighted to have this strategic alliance, and their commitment to buy 5,000 AWG’s from us.”

 

 

AWG “self-contained” product lines extract moisture from the atmosphere and transform it into pure, healthy, drinking water with no plumbing hook-ups or water lines. This technology taps into a virtually unlimited supply of water from the atmosphere and creates clean potable water that meets or surpasses international water quality standards.

 

 

Hendrx's products also include Alkaline Calcium Ionic Water Dispensers, Reverse Osmosis ("RO") devices, RO under the sink systems and carbon filtration devices. Current distribution to over 40 countries worldwide targets the residential, commercial, industrial, government and humanitarian markets.
