Knickerbocker Co., Inc.) today announced that on January 13, 2005 pursuant to NASD Rule 6740 and Rule 15c211 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 its common stock has been cleared for quotation on the OTCBB under the symbol “RGBLV.”
