(OTC Bulletin Board: RGBL) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Amerikal Nutraceutical Corporation has signed an agreement with Med-Eq AS, a Norwegian company, granting Amerikal exclusive rights to sell its patented YTE® raw material extract to U.S. companies which will develop proprietary formulations and sell finished products worldwide.  In addition, Amerikal has been granted the right to develop its own formulations to be sold under its brand name, as well as to develop formulations for its private-label customers worldwide.

 

YTE® is a unique and clinically proven ingredient that is derived from a composition of fertilized, incubated and freeze-dried chicken eggs.  This cholesterol-free product contains a natural combination of potent amino acids and glycopeptides which are enriched in the period immediately after fertilization.  It contains the high molecular weight substances discovered to increase sexual desire (increase level of testosterone), provide shorter recovery time after heavy exercise, increase muscular power, improve mental health and increase resistance to infection.
