ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

U.S. Projects
Our team has designed and constructed over 500 industrial and municipal water and waste treatment facilities, ten of which received statewide "Best Plant of the Year" awards from the California Water Pollution Control Association. Some of the recent projects are as follows:

Yates Petroleum Corporation
Design, fabrication and construction of a 1.3 MGD plant utilizing DynIXTM technology.  This contract included building roads, lined ponds, pads, building, lighting as well as obtaining permits from all agencies.

Hyundai Electronics
San Jose, California:
Design-Built a complete wastewater treatment systems, including 700 GPM neutralization, a 240 GPM heavy metal removal, a 3000-gallon batch, and the chemical distribution systems.  This project was completed in record time and was nominated as “Meeting the Challenge of Difficult Job” at Builder’s magazine by the GCA.

Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility
Lemoore Navy Air Base:
Engineering design and construction inspection of oil, heavy metals and organic removal from wastewater.

JDS Uniphase (Largest Fiber Optics Manufacturing in the World)
San Jose and Milpitas California:
Numerous turnkey wastewater treatment projects including arsenic and fluoride removal systems.

Textron Aerospace Fasteners
Santa Ana, California:
Numerous projects including heavy metal/cyanide removal and recycling and batch treatment systems.

Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant
San Francisco, California:
Engineering design for 43 MGD (million gallons per day) pretreatment, primary clarifier yard piping and specification.

San Andreas Water Treatment Plant
Millbrae, California:
Engineering of the plant expansion from 40 MGD to 80 MGD, including design, specification, and O&M manual.

Overseas Experience
Taiwan
Our team has completed over 30 wastewater treatment projects in Taiwan, which we included preparation of construction drawings and specifications, construction inspection, equipment procurement and fabrication, start-up, and training. These plants were serving small communities from 500 to 4000 people (100,000 to 1.3 million gallon per day) including the rain fall.

Chili
Design, fabricate and installation of a wastewater treatment system for a disk manufacturing facility in Santiago.

Kuwait
Design, procurement and construction of sewer rehabilitation project for City of Kuwait, including the sere system at the Amir’s palace.
